"I appreciate the help you provided and would recommend your services to anyone."

I just wanted you to know that I appreciate your working with me to obtain home health care services for my Mother from January 2006 to June of 2006. When my mother began service with Guardian in January, she had just come out of the hospital and being frail at age 82 she needed someone to help her as a companion, with cooking and shopping. She had lost a large amount of weight and needed new clothes. The Guardian home health aide helped her get a smaller wardrobe together. It was helpful to me as I live in Washington D.C. and could only be there on weekends. The aide came three days a week from 4p-8p after my Mother would come back from the senior center for the day. My mother had early stage Alzheimer’s disease, but was still functional and this allowed her to stay in her home.

Then at the end of March 2006,s he developed flu and subsequently pneumonia. She went into the hospital and the aide came every day to keep her company and provide some care. On April 11, my Mother had to go into a Nursing Home because she had developed multiple problems. At that point, we worked with a new aide from Guardian who was incredibly helpful to me making sure that my Mother’s care was adequate. My Mother was in Boonsboro for 10 weeks and the aide came in three days a week to take her out to make sure she was receiving proper care. I could only be there on weekends and again Guardian’s person came through by really being and advocate for my Mother and helping me to get her the help she needed in a very bad situation.

After ten weeks my Mother recovered and went into Assisted Living where she is doing very well. I appreciate the aides that you provided for me, so that my Mother could receive the help that she needed.

"Thank you so very much for providing your wonderful service..."
